  • At Woodlands, we receive a high amount of emails and utilise a ticket system to ensure all emails are responded to in an appropriate time manner. ๐Ÿ“ฑ Option Two - Phone 

  • At Woodlands, we provide educational programs to children from 6 months to 6 years old, Monday to Friday. The Woodlands Campus Leadership guides an entire Education Campus of teachers, children, parents, and external parties to deliver great educational programs to our children, families, and the local community. We welcome families to call us if they wish to speak with the Woodlands Campus Leadership Team.

  • The Woodlands Campus Leadership team may ask you to send an email because this is part of the Woodlands Communication Process.
  • As part of Woodland's processes and expectations of communications, many requests and communications between Woodlands and parents, Government Bodies/Organisations, Non-Government Bodies/Organisations, or any other external individuals, groups, or organisations require an email communication as part of our verification process, proof of identity, In addition, to allow us to have a documented record of such requests, questions, comments, which includes time logs, date logs, and individuals or parties associated to the email communication.

  • At Woodlands, we recommend appointments as this allows The Woodlands Campus Leadership to provide individuals with the appropriate focus on matters, questions, or concerns. We welcome families to email us requesting an appointment that can be conducted via phone or in person. The Woodlands Campus Leadership Team will be able to set out the appropriate period to talk about any concerns, questions, or relevant information you are seeking.
